Patty Graves
Patty Graves was lucky enough to grow-up the child of working artists, and was encouraged to seek satisfaction in her own creativity. The result is a body of work which spans thirty years and has grown and changed with Patty. She does not design to please market trends, and never grows tired of what she does. Most of Patty's work is cast, and she often adds details of various metals and stones when finishing a piece. Patty's rings are strong and very sculptural in nature, but are always designed with comfort of the wearer in mind. Patty strives to constantly create in her jewelry a balance both physically and visually without using traditional symmetry. Collectors of Patty's work are looking for pieces that become very much a part of them and seem to remain actively worn for many years.
