Make your reservations as soon as possible, the ArtFest of Henderson discount rate is only valid as long as there are rooms available, through April 18. Parking is free and easy for all vehicles including trailers. Complimentary deluxe continental breakfast included along with fitness center and pool. Rate is good for three days prior to and following the event. During the week (not weekends) the hotel provides complimentary refreshments in the afternoon. We look forward to seeing you there.

We have a block of artist rooms reserved at both the Hampton Inn, and the Hilton Garden Inn, adjacent the Holiday Inn Express, for May 9 and 10 (check in May 9, Check out May 11). Both the Hampton Inn and Hilton Garden Inn are offering great artist rates, and similar amenities to the Holiday Inn. To reserve your rooms at either of these sister host hotels, you must call, ask for the ARTFEST group rate, and reserve your room with a credit card at the time of booking. The deadline is April 18, or when the blocks of rooms are gone, which ever is first.
These hotels are located in shopping and restaurant area. 1st Sunset Station (right behind the hotel) with all its restaurants, gambling, movie theaters and bowling. Plus all the following business. They are all with in walking distance. A list of surrounding business starting with the closest. This is not a complete list, just an idea of what is around the hotel and may be of interest.
Burger King, IHOP, Denny’s, Carmine’s Pub & Grill (gambling), Jack in the Box, Pizza Hut, KFC, Taco Bell, Jason’s Deli (a great place, with good food), Fazoli’s Italian, Starbucks, Quiznos Subs, also close by are: TJ Max, Stein Mart, Old Navy, Longs Drugs, Michaels, Office Max, Pets Mart, Circuit City, Barnes and Noble, Wells Fargo. A little further away but in the same block:Chipotle, Pei Wei, Cold Stone Ice Cream, Steakout and a Sushi restaurant.
The hotels are also close to a grocery store, Home Depot, Costco and several gas stations. There is also Henderson Mall with Department stores just north of Sunset Station.
